Dale Woodrow Uehlin, 90, Payette, went to be with our Lord Saturday, July 9, 2005. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday July 13, 2005, at the Church of the Nazarene, 329 N. 10th St., Payette, with the Rev. Mike Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Payette. A visitation for family and friends will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., today, July 12, 2005, at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette.

Dale was born in Oberlin, Kan., July 13, 1914. He was one of nine children born to William and Nina Uehlin. He had been residing in Payette for the past 54 years.

Dale is survived by his sisters, Goldie, Eleanor and Arlene; his brother, Gail; son, Wayne Uehlin and wife, Carol, Payette; daughters, Shirley Springer and husband, Bill, Reno, Nev., Judy Williams, Reno, Nev., and Lisa Ridener and husband, J.J., Middleton; stepdaughter, Dauna Henggeler and husband, Jerry, Fruitland; stepsons, Kent Russell and wife, Linda, Othello, Wash., and Keith Russell, Othello, Wash.; grandchildren, Kelly Uehlin and wife, Krissy, Payette, Kevin Springer and wife, Yolanda, Las Vegas, Michelle Allen and husband, Tom, Seattle, Steven Williams, Yuba City, Calif., Donny Turner of Twin Falls, Teresa Turner, Middleton, Lane Ridener, Middleton, Ryan Henggeler and wife, Carol, Fruitland, Jerilyn Henggeler, Newport Beach, Calif., Randall Henggeler and wife, Michelle, Dayton, Md. and Chad Henggeler, Fruitland; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by his wife, Vonnie Uehlin, Payette; stepchildren, Dorothy, Doris, Larry, Teresa, Madonna, Tom, Tina and David; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
